If you are planning to attend the symposium in-person in Brussels, please be advised that we will ask all speakers, moderators, and audience participants to present a COVID-safe ticket.

A COVID-safe ticket (proof of full vaccination, negative PCR test from the last 72 hours, or COVID recovery certificate)is mandatory before being allowed to enter the event (link to more info on COVID-safe ticket). If you are not able to present a COVID-safe ticket, you may still actively take part in the symposium via the event's online platform, which will be accessible on the Arctic Futures Symposium website. We will post updates regarding social distancing and mask-wearing requirements for event attendees as required by the Brussels authorities on the Arctic Futures Symposium website as they become available.
